5 things NEVER to do in the gym

1. Getting Sloppy
"Using poor form in the biceps is one of my biggest hobbies, especially when kids swing your elbows by your shoulders. This is not an increase in the anterior delt. Maintain strict form." - Tyler Villwock, UFC Gym car, Rosemead, California

2. Acting Crazy
"To paraphrase Albert Einstein, doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is the definition of insanity. If you do the same routine you've always done and not getting the results you want, and then, duh ... does not work "-. Jacob Poss, UFC Gym trainer, Torrance, California

3. Pushing Too Hard
"Overtraining. This is not good for anyone, whether you are an athlete or an average Joe. Some signs and symptoms are fatigue, illness and a decrease in the intensity in the gym" -. Leslie Kaleiwahea, UFC Gym coach, Kakaako, Hawaii

4. Not Pushing Hard Enough
"There is no meeting. God help us if you are sitting and mobile phone. You have much to do with ashort time. Do a set, get your lazy ass and walk in turn, jump rope, or become crazy and make a great "- Andrea Ausmus, UFC Gym trainer, Torrance, California

5. Clanging Around
"Do not pull your weight. Whether you are strong enough to lift the weight and make a game, it must be strong enough to control the time you've finished the game and take a pair of dumbbells or a bar located in the ground. not to mention, the negative part of the repetition is as important as the positive "-. Andy Hennebelle, UFC Gym trainer, Corona, California
